Image of postmen from around the worldThe BPMA links up with this year's Archive Awareness Campaign theme, Community Participation: Take Your Place in History, for the second of our Archive Open Days.

The British postal service operated all over the world, and with a collection that includes everything from photographs and films to criminal investigations and stamps, we guarantee you'll find something of interest.

Come along and be amazed by some of the treasures from our wonderful archive collection. Our friendly Search Room staff will give an informative introduction to the Royal Mail Archive, with behind-the-scenes tours and help getting started with research.
