Image of a tour of the vehicles at the British Postal Museum StoreThe British Postal Museum Store is an Aladdin's cave of objects from the postal past. This year, there are opportunities to visit at open afternoons on the first Wednesday of each month from March to October, open evenings on the first Monday in June, July and September, and an in-depth Discover Session, Discover The Royal Cipher on Saturday 8 November 2008.

Hear the stories behind some of our largest objects, including postal vehicles, sorting desks and machinery, an astounding assortment of letter boxes and telephone kiosks, and Sir Rowland Hill's desk.
